a number of you have asked about other dance tumblrs, here are a few I’ve been into lately (hope it helps):

The Ballet Bag - a good place to look for info about the ballet community (and pretty pictures)
Dance Optic - a collection of hip-hop, contemporary and other dance videos with commentary. One of my favorite tumblrs in general.
Newbry - this is where I get my Ailey fix.
Fuck Yeah Male Dancers - pictures of male dancers. This blog doesn’t update as often as I want it to, but it’s still worth following.
Dance Contemporary - this blog is newish, but it has a lot of potential. Pictures and video of contemporary dance.
Balletrusse - Maria Kochetkova’s tumblr.
Fuck Yeah Choreography - dance videos (mostly hip-hop).
Dancing Like the Stars - I love this one. Pictures and videos of 1940s/1950s old timey film dancers.
Lindsay Likes to Dance - pretty pictures
Something Minty - epic ballet photo binges. highly recommended.
Dancers are the Athletes of G-d - pretty pictures.
Fuck Yes Ballet - pretty pictures/ aggregate of pretty pictures from other blogs
